TAG Knowledge Forum Hosts a Seminar on the Role of Women in National Security

AMMAN- Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Forum hosted a seminar on the role of women in achieving national security in cooperation with the Knights Peace society attended by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), Brigadier General Samir Bino, Assistant Director of Public Security for Administration and Human Resources, and Dr. Amin Abu Hijleh, head of Peace Knights Society in addition to strategic partners and interested individuals.  

HE Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh stated that women form the main part in the society and this was proven through the various roles in life, in addition to their vital role in achieving peace and security as well as their effort in defending the country. He highlighted  the important role of  police women in serving national security goals. 

Brigadier General Bino said that the Public Security Directorate provides all the support to police women who proved up to all challenges and played a crucial security role which reflected positively on the image of the Directorate locally, regionally and globally through their participation in the United Nations duties in addition to their other roles. 

Dr. Abu Hijleh said that the Peace Knights Society is a national entity that functions under the umbrella of the Ministry of Interior in serving the Kingdom and His Majesty the King through a specialized team in various fields, as well as in spreading the culture of patriotism, abidance by the law, forgiveness and human rights in addition to supporting the youth.

The seminar tackled the role of police women in achieving security and peace in addition to other duties.

At the end of the seminar, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh presented Shields to all participants in the seminar.
